For the open-source community edition, you can get help through:

  • GitHub Issues — Report bugs, request features, or ask questions about Corelix enhanced features.
  • Coolify Discord — For questions about the base Coolify platform, join the Coolify community with over 19K members.

Corelix Cloud Support​

If you are a Corelix Cloud subscriber, you get priority support depending on your tier:

  • Hobby: Community support via GitHub
  • Pro: Priority email support
  • Team: Priority email and chat support
  • Enterprise: Dedicated support with SLA

Base Platform Support​

Since Corelix is built on Coolify, many base platform issues can be resolved through the Coolify documentation and Coolify Discord community.

Important Notes​

  • For Corelix-specific features (granular permissions, encrypted backups, network management, etc.), please use the Corelix GitHub Issues.
  • For base platform issues (deployment, proxy, Docker, etc.), the Coolify community is an excellent resource.
